  1. Open Sales MIS → MASTER tab.
  2. Select all (Ctrl/Cmd+A) → Copy.
  3. Paste below → Load. Fills Inquiry + Quotation tabs.
Exported Quotation as CSV

Paste enquiries into Inquiry

  1. Har line = ek enquiry. Columns is order me (Tab ya comma se alag):
  2. Date · Client · Vessel/Site · Scope · Notes
  3. Paste below → Load. Enquiry ID + Stage auto ban jaayega.

Add PO from email

  1. Open the PO email in Gmail → copy the full text (Ctrl/Cmd+A → Copy).
  2. Paste below → Extract. You can paste several PO emails together.
  3. It reads Purchase Order, Ordered Date & Quotation Ref, then auto-fills Client / Scope / Value from the matching quotation.
